Complaints
All of are complaints are viewed by An Independent Carpet Inspector.
Although we do everything we can to ensure you receive your orders in pristine condition, unfortunately faults can not always be spotted.
Once carpets are fitted, a complaints form must be filled in, this is then sent straight to the manufacturer who will arrange for the carpet to be inspected as soon as possible. As soon as we receive the report, we will then contact you.
In order to process your complaint as soon as possible we have a complaints form that you can download then post or fax to us.
